This is the Ebara Remote Controller for EV-A03 and EV-A06 Dry Rotary Lobe Vacuum Pumps. The Ebara remote controller is an optional accessory for the Ebara EV-A03 and EV-A06 Dry Rotary Lobe Vacuum Pumps. The remote controller connects to CN2 pump side receptacle (far right picture above).
