Edwards CTI Helix Cryogenics Cryopump Maintenance Manifold Kit 8080250K003

This Maintenance Cryogenics Manifold is the tool used to introduce Helium into the Cryo Compressor and into the Cryo pump and Helium Lines. It is used in the purging procedure to decontaminate the Helium circuit as well. The Maintenance Manifold can also be used for vacuum prior to introducing the Helium. An On-Board Cryopump Helium Circuit Decontamination Instruction Sheet is also provided. Allowing one to remove gaseous contamination from an On-Board Cryopump helium circuit by freezing the contaminant in the coldhead of the On-Board Cryopump. A contaminated helium circuit will cause the On-Board Cryopump to operate in a noisy manner, typically referred to as ratcheting, which degrades On-Board Cryopump performance.
