These Edwards E2M175 direct drive PFPE rotary vane pumps are inherently compact and vibration free with an ultimate pressure of 7.7x10-4 Torr and a pumping speed of 126 CFM at 60 Hz. These Edwards E2M175 vacuum pump offer a finger-proof coupling housing and totally enclosed fan-cooled motors, which provide excellent operator protection. The Edwards E2M175's give the best combination of performance, reliability, and cost in their class.
