This Pfeiffer water cooling kit fits HiPace 350 and 450 turbo pumps. The cooling unit attaches to the side of the pump with two included bolts.
The cooling block has push-fit connectors for supply and discharge hoses using 8 mm OD plastic hose. The hose connectors can be unscrewed and removed to access the integrated G 1/8" threads.
This water cooling kit is required when using a flange heater band with a CF-flanged pump. Pfeiffer HiPace turbo pumps also benefit from water cooling during high gas throughputs, cyclic operation and/or high ambient temperatures.
To ensure long, trouble-free operation, the cooling water must be clean and free of oils, greases and suspended solids.
