TRIAX320 Imaging Monochromator and Spectrograph, 320 mm Focal Length, 600 Grooves/mm Grating, 1500 nm Blaze
The Jobin Yvon TRIAX320 is an imaging monochromator and spectrograph designed for high-resolution spectroscopy and optical signal analysis. This unit has a 320 mm focal length, F/4.1 aperture, and a 600 grooves/mm diffraction grating with a 1500 nm blaze wavelength.
The TRIAX320 uses an asymmetric optical design with toroidal mirrors to provide high-quality imaging while reducing stray and re-entrant light. Its automated grating turret and motorized operation provide flexibility for a variety of spectroscopy and laboratory applications.
This configuration provides a dispersion of 2.64 nm/mm, wavelength accuracy of ±0.3 nm, and repeatability of =0.06 nm. The TRIAX320 also supports detector configurations including CCD arrays, photomultiplier tubes (PMTs), and solid-state detectors.
