Viton O-Ring for 32.99 mm ID O-Ring Joint Glass Vacuum Vessels, O-Ring Joint #125 O-Ring.
These Viton O-rings are used in our Ideal Vacuum Glass Gas Cells with 1.5" windows, typically used in FTIR spectroscopy. The O-rings hold the optic in place. Two (2) are in contact with the interior gas and two (2) are used to cushion the windows externally to prevent cracking. 32.99 mm ID.
They are made of Viton® which is well known for its excellent resistance to heat (400°F/200°C) and to aggressive fuels and chemicals. Viton is a registered trademark of DuPont Performance Elastomers.
