MKS 670C Signal Conditioner, Power Supply and Digital Readout Capacitance Manometer Controller, 100-240VAC 50/60Hz

The MKS 670C High Accuracy Signal Conditioner provides power to and displays pressure information from the MKS AA06A, AD06A, 590, 615, 616, 690, 698 Baratron sensors. The 670C can operate 1 sensor but may be coupled with the MKS 274B multiplexor for up to 3 channel gauge support. The 670C can be switched from local to remote control using the key lock on the front and using either the RS-232 or IEEE-488 communications port. During remote operation the front panel inputs are locked out to avoid accidental command entries. The 670C also contains two trip point alarms, each with a high and low point to define a normal operating range for that sensor. When pressure deviates from the defined range, trip point LED's will illuminate until pressure has returned to normally defined ranges. Cables for the MKS 670C are available but sold separately.
