MKS Granville Phillips Process Control Module, 6 set points for GP 370 Vacuum Gauge Controller. PN: 370107

This is a MKS Granville Phillips Process Control Module and provides the 370 Vacuum Gauge Controller with single-pole, double-throw relays that may be controlled either by (6 digital setpoints) or by the built-in manual override switches. This Process Control Module has 6 user selectable channels. The first 2 channels are assigned to the ion gauges. If present, channels 3 and 4 are assigned to CGA or TCA; and 5 and 6 to CGB, TCB, or CMB.

Switches are provided to assign channel 1 to IG1, IG2, or both; and likewise for channel 2. All six channels have selectable polarity for activation above or below the setpoint.
