Ideal Vacuum Cube 6 x 6 Vacuum Chamber Plate With One KF-40 (NW-40) Port Uncoated for Bakeout.
This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 6 x 6 inch plate with one KF-40 centered bulkhead port. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.
SInce a bulkhead KF fitting does not have a flange, this type of connection cannot use a standard KF clamp. Bulkhead KF clamps are secured to the plate with screws. To attach a KF flanged component to the KF bulkhead fitting, use a standard KF-40 centering ring (P101244) and bulkhead clamp (P108103 or P104600).
