Pfeiffer CMR 365 Ceramic Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge, 1/2 in. Tube, 0.1 hPa (0.1 mbar / 75 mTorr) Full Scale
The Pfeiffer CMR 365 ceramic capacitance diaphragm gauge, with a 1/2 in. tube fitting, has a full-scale measuring range of 0.1 hPa (0.1 mbar / 75 mTorr) and a minimum measurable pressure of 10-5 mbar (7.5 × 10-2 mTorr). This gauge has a response time of 130 ms and an accuracy of 0.5% of the measured value. A ceramic aluminum oxide capacitive sensor element is used to measure the absolute pressure of gases, independent of gas type or composition. Lookup tables and gas conversion calculations are not required.
The Pfeiffer CMR 361, 362, 363, 364, and 365 ceramic capacitance diaphragm gauges are compatible with Pfeiffer TPG 361, 362, and 366 gauge controllers and require a sensor cable, available on this website in lengths from 3 to 10 meters. Controller and sensor cable are sold separately.
