Ideal Vacuum Cube 12 x 12 in. Plate Adapter Kit to Four 6 x 6 in. Plates, Uncoated.
This is an uncoated Ideal Vacuum Cube adapter plate that converts a 12 x 12 Cube frame opening to four 6 x 6 inch openings. The 6 x 6" openings accept any 6 x 6 Cube plate, greatly expanding porting options for pumping and feedthroughs, or viewing options. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.
Kit includes:
- 12 x 12 to four 6 x 6 adapter plate
- One Viton O-ring for 12 x 12 Cube Plate (P108428)
- Four Viton O-ring for 6 x 6 Cube plate (P107295)
- Fifty-six 1/4"-20 x 5/16" long SHCS mounting screws, P1013341 (includes 8 spares)
