Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 Vacuum Chamber Plate with One CF 4.5 in. Port and Two CF 2.75 in. Ports.

This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 inch plate with one CF 4.5" and two CF 2.75" Conflat ports. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and powder coated blue.
The plate's 4.5" CF port has 5/16-24 UNF tapped holes for mounting a turbo pump or CF flanged tubing. The 4.5" CF port requires eight (8) 5/16-24 x 1.0" long, silver-plated, 12 point bolts (P1012250), and uses a Viton seal (P104342).
Each of the two CF 2.75" ports have 1/4-28 UNF tapped mounting holes and each port requires six (6) 1/4-28 x 7/8" long, silver-plated, 12 point bolts (P104404) and use Viton seals (P104341). The CF ports are not compatible with metal gaskets. Cube baseline vacuum is 1 x 10
-7 Torr.
