Description

Pfeiffer IKR 261 Cold Cathode Vacuum Gauge, CF-2.75 inches, Transmitter Metal Sealed, DN 40 CF-F.
Pfeiffer Vacuum Part Number: PT R25 751

These Pfeiffer IKR 261 Cold Cathode Gauges provide measurable vacuum pressure in the range 7.5x10-3 to 1.5x10-9 Torr (1x10-2 to 2x10-9 mbar). The vacuum pressure can be displayed via a DCU or TCP 350 turbopump controller or via the TPG 261, 262, or 256 Active Gauge controllers. They have a DN 40 CF-F, 2.75 in. Conflat CF connection flange. If integrated into an OEM system they require 15 to 30 VDC power input and produce a linear 0-10 VDC analog output signal. They include over range, under range, sensor ID, and sensor error indication. These IKR261 compact full range gauges are METAL sealed and are qualified for a high 250°C bakeout temperature. This pricing is for the Pfeiffer IKR 261 Active Gauge only. All Pfeiffer controllers and signal cables sold separately on this website. For complete operating instructions on the IKR 261 Gauge scroll down to Downloads below and download the PDF.
