Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 in. Cube Plate Adapter Kit to One 6 x 6 in. Plate, Uncoated.
This is an uncoated Ideal Vacuum Cube adapter plate that converts a 9 x 9 Cube frame opening to one centered 6 x 6 inch opening. The 6 x 6" opening accepts any 6 x 6 Cube plate, greatly expanding porting options for pumping and feedthroughs, or viewing options. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.
Kit includes:
- 9 x 9 to one centered 6 x 6 adapter plate
- One Viton O-ring for 9 x 9 Cube Plate (P1010490)
- One Viton O-ring for 6 x 6 Cube plate (P107295)
- Twenty-four 1/4"-20 x 5/16" long SHCS mounting screws, P1013341 (includes 8 spares)
