Ideal Vacuum Cube Replacement Viton O-ring for Sealing 12 x 12 in. Vacuum Cube Plates.
These replacement Viton O-rings are used to make the seal between a 12 x 12" Ideal Vacuum Cube plate and frame.
These O-ring seals are installed on the inner sealing groove of the plate. They are made of Viton and can withstand temperatures between -26°C and 150°C without permanent deformation. Chambers sealed with Viton O-rings can achieve vacuum in the 10-8 Torr range (high vacuum).
