MKS Granville Phillips Stabilion 370 Stabil-Ion Gauge, (UHV Range) with Dual Yttria Coated Iridium Filaments 2.75 Inch Conflat-Type Flange and Calibration Memory Module. All metal gauge tube means no glass breakage, glass decomposition, or helium permeation. Complete electrostatic shield and grounded metal gauge tube housing provides a stable electrical environment and shields against external electrical influences. Burnout resistant filaments. Precision-wound, stress-relieved grid retains shape even after high temperature degassing. Tensioned filaments remain in position over time, providing long-term repeatability.
This gauge comes with a memory module, each Stabil-Ion Gauge is individually calibrated and supplied with a memory module matched to its own calibration data. If you replace a Stabil-Ion Gauge on your system, you also replace the memory module supplied with the new gauge and you immediately have a calibrated system again.
