6 x 6 x 6 Cubic Modular Vacuum Chamber Package with Edwards E2M1.5 Rotary Vane Dual Stage Roughing Pump, Convection-Enhanced Pirani Gauge, and Controller

This Ideal Vacuum modular Cube Package is complete with a 6 x 6 x 6 inch Vacuum Cube, a 115 VAC Edwards E2M1.5 rotary vane dual stage vacuum pump, Ideal Vacuum (IVP) XGC-321 convection-enhanced Pirani gauge, and XGC-320 controller. All necessary assembly hardware and cables are included. Assembly is quick and easy and only requires a 3/16” hex wrench.

The Edwards E2M1.5 pump has a base pressure of 1.1 x 10^-3 Torr and a pumping speed of 1.3 cfm. The included Ideal Vacuum XGC320 Pirani gauge controller and XGC-321 convection enhanced Pirani gauge sensor measures pressure from atmosphere down to 1x10^-4 Torr. Cabling is included.

This Cube package also includes a vent valve for admittance of atmospheric air into the vacuum chamber, a metal bellows roughing hose, and all the hardware needed to connect the E2M1.5 roraty vane pump to the vacuum chamber. The included three KF-25 ported plates and three blank Cube plates can be mounted to any frame side, so the user can assemble the chamber to their own needs. An extensive number of interchangeable Cube plates are available and one or more plates can be swapped easily when chamber reconfiguration is needed.
