Ideal Vacuum Solenoid Valve for Vacuum System Vent FKM Seals (VITON), 120 V, 60 Hz, Orifice 1/16 inch Orifice, 1/8-Inch Female NPT Ports

The Ideal Vacuum Solenoid Vent Valve is used to vent vacuum chambers and vacuum systems in a controlled, automated manner. The valve features 1/8-inch female NPT ports and can be connected to KF vacuum systems using Ideal Vacuum's KF-to-male NPT adapters and PTFE thread seal tape. This is a normally closed, direct-acting solenoid valve, meaning it stays closed when power is removed. Applying 120 VAC to the solenoid opens the valve, allowing air to enter and vent the vacuum chamber. When power is removed, the valve automatically closes to help maintain vacuum integrity. The valve's direct-acting design ensures reliable operation in vacuum applications where little or no pressure differential exists. Constructed with a stainless-steel body and FKM (Viton®) seals, it is compatible with air, inert gases, and other common vacuum system media. The compact 1/16-inch orifice provides controlled airflow for smooth chamber venting and pressure equalization.

Vacuum System Connection

The valve body is equipped with a 1/8-inch female NPT (FNPT) threaded port. For installation on KF vacuum systems, use a KF-to-1/8-inch male NPT (MNPT) adapter.
