Agilent Varian Inverted Magnetron Ion Gauge (IMG) for XGS-600 Multi-Gauge Vacuum Controller, Agilent Varian
This is the Agilent Varian (IMG) Inverted Magnetron Board and operates the Ultra High Vacuum IMG-100 and IMG-300 gagues. It allows you to set the gauge sensitivity value, and gas correction factor. The (UHV) Ultra High Vacuum range is standard, as is remote I/O control of emmission and 0 to 10 V analog output.
Compatible with the following gauges in the ultra high vacuum range from 10-9 to 10-10:
- IMG-100, IMG-300 (UHV)
- Also compatible with competitors gauges (see XGS-600 Instruction/Users Manual .pdf page 2-4 for Cross Reference below.)

PCB Board/Card Installation:
Procedures for installing add on cards:
- Slots are numbered left to right as viewed from the front of the XGS-600 controller.
- Option slots 1-4 are long high profile slots and can accomodate any card/board. HFIG boards are long high profile cards and can only be installed in slots 1-4
- Option slots 5-6 are short, low profile slots and can accomodate only convection or IMG Boards with the following restrictions.
An IMG Board may not be installed in slot 5 if any other board is installed in slot 4.
An IMG Board may not be installed in slot 6 if any other board is installed in slot 5.
