Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 Vacuum Chamber Plate With Four KF-16 (NW-16) Ports Uncoated for Bakeout.
This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 inch plate with four KF-16 bulkhead ports. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.
SInce a bulkhead KF fitting does not have a flange, this type of connection cannot use a standard KF clamp. Bulkhead KF clamps are secured to the plate with screws. To attach a KF flanged component to the KF bulkhead fitting, use a standard KF-16 centering ring (P101242) and bulkhead clamp (P108101 or P104598).
