The Inficon PCG 552 combination Pirani capacitance diaphragm gauge combines Pirani technology with a ceramic capacitance diaphragm sensor in a single product. This gauge has a nickel filament and a D-sub 15 pin HD connector with RS485 communication protocol. This Inficon gauge includes 2 setpoints and operates in the 5×10-5 to 1500 mbar (3.8×10-5 to 1125 Torr) range. The 552 gauge has a KF-16 flange to connect to the vacuum line and can be oriented in any position allowing system design flexibility.
In the measurement range between 10 mbar and atmosphere the capacitance diaphragm technology provides gas-type independent, highly accurate and reliable pressure measurements and safe venting with any gas.
This PCG552 Pirani capacitance diaphragm gauge works with Inficon vacuum gauge controller models VCG401, 402, 403, or with other suitable controllers. Connection cables (P104426, P104427) are available separately.
