This Pfeiffer vacuum flange adapter can be used on all HiPace turbo pumps. It screws into the G 1/8" BSPP vent or sealing gas port on the pump (sealing ring included), and converts the port into a standard KF-16 flange for easy connection to the user's vacuum system. It can be used for connection to venting valves, sealing gas valves, power failure venting units, sealing gas throttles, etc. This vacuum flange adapter has Pfeiffer part number PM 016 780 -T.
