Ideal Vacuum Cube 12 x 12 Vacuum Chamber Plate with One ISO-F 63 and Four KF-25 (NW-25) Ports.
This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 12 x 12 inch plate with one centered ISO-F 63 port and four KF-25 bulkhead ports in the plate's corners. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and powder coated blue.
The ISO-F port has 5/16-18 tapped holes for mounting a turbo pump, or ISO flanged tubing. To mount an ISO-K flanged turbo pump or tubing, single claw clamps (P104063) and a centering ring with O-ring seal are needed. (P101766).
SInce a bulkhead KF fitting does not have a flange, this type of connection cannot use a standard KF clamp. Bulkhead KF clamps are secured to the plate with screws. To attach a KF flanged component to the KF bulkhead fitting, use a standard KF-25 centering ring (P101243) and bulkhead clamp (P108102 or P104599).
