MKS Granville Phillips Linear Analog Output Module for 307 Vacuum Gauge Controller. PN: 307100

This is a MKS Granville Phillips Linear Analog Output Module and provides three, zero to +10 Vdc, linearized voltages that correspond to the displayed pressure readings of the 307 Vacuum Gauge Controller. The source for these outputs is the digital data on the controller's internal bus to the Display Module. The analog output resolution is therefore dependent upon this data. The module is intended to be used in a 307 vacuum gauge controller configured with an ion gauge and two thermocouples. The pressure range for the IG linear output is selected by a front panel switch.
