These Edwards E2M175 direct drive PFPE rotary vane pumps are inherently compact and vibration free with an ultimate pressure of 7.7x10-4 Torr and a pumping speed of 126 CFM at 60 Hz. These Edwards E2M175 vacuum pumps offer a finger-proof coupling housing and totally enclosed fan-cooled motors, which provide excellent operator protection. The Edwards E2M175's give the best combination of performance, reliability, and cost in their class.
The Edwards E2M175 dual stage rotary vane mechanical vacuum pumps have an advanced oil lubrication circuit and are very reliable with accessories to match any application.
