Use these stainless steel screws to connect one of Ideal Spectroscopy's
optical post holders to a pedestal post. They can also mount objects with 1/4"-20 tapped holes directly to
breadboards,
1/4"-20 tapped pedestal posts, and
1/2" optical posts. They can be used to connect two 1/2" optical posts together to extend the usable length, stack 1/4"-20 tapped pedestal posts to achieve an optimal height, or mount an optical post directly to a pedestal post. Screws come in a variety of lengths to suit your needs, including 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 1 1/4". The recommended screw length for connecting an optical post holder to a pedestal post, two optical posts together, or connecting an optical post to a pedestal post is 3/4", although any size less than 1 1/4" will work. These screws are adjusted with a standard 1/8" hex key (Allen wrench). This sale is for a pack of 25 screws.
