Pfeiffer Intake Flange Heater Band Conflat CF 6.0 in. 115 VAC for HiPace 300H Turbo Pump with TC 110 Drive Unit, PN: PM 061 365-T

This is a 115 VAC Leybold intake flange heater for the HiPace 300H turbo pump with CF 6.0 inch flange (DN 100 CF) and TC 110 drive unit. The intake flange may be baked up to 120 °C if the turbo pump is water cooled. Operate the pump with water cooling when baking out. Do not use this intake flange heater band on an air cooled pump - damage to the pump will occur.

The band heater has an attached relay box with a short control cable with M8 connector which connects to an accessory port on a special TC 110 drive unit to OmniControl 200 connection cable (part number P103335 or P1011168, sold separately). The relay box must be wired with appropriate cable and plug to a 115 VAC power source.
