Spring Loaded Hex-Locking Thumbscrew, Vacuum Compatible Aluminum, 1/4-20 x 5/16 in.
This vacuum compatible aluminum thumbscrew has a spring loaded tip which, when partially depressed, applies a gentle grip but still allows some movement with hand pressure. When the thumbscrew is fully engaged it provides a strong and secure hold. The thumbscrew can be further tightened using a 3/16" hex key (Allen wrench). The anodized aluminum finish prevents galling in most situations for smooth operation.
These thumbscrews may be used as replacement parts compatible with Ideal Vacuum post holders for 0.5" diameter posts.
