This Ideal Vacuum Fast Access ISO-K 200 Blind Entry Door (no window) can be mounted to any vacuum chamber with an ISO 200 port (either ISO-K or ISO-F). These operable blind doors include a manual knob for closure and are made of stainless steel with a Viton O-ring seal. The approximate pass through diameter of the door opening is 7.8" with an area of 47.8 in². The simple construction makes the door field serviceable. Bakeout to 150°C is permissable. Fast Access ISO Entry Doors are RATED FOR VACUUM ONLY for pressures to 1 x 10^-7 Torr.

Blind FAEDs are available in ISO-100, 160, 200 and 250 flange sizes. They are used in place of blank ISO-K or ISO-F flanges and allow a user to quickly access the chamber for exchanging test objects. They are often used for load-lock applications. A FAED can be added to a vacuum chamber ISO port at any time.

These ISO-K flanged doors use either single or double claw clamps along with a centering ring fitted with an O-ring for mounting. Use double claw clamps to mount to other ISO-K flanges. Use single claw clamps to mount to ISO-F flanges with bolt holes (smooth bored or threaded). See the table below for claw clamps and centering rings.
