NEW Pfeiffer Pirani Cold Cathode Gauge X MPT 200 AR, KF25 DN25 ISO-K Inlet Flange provide measurable vacuum pressure in the range 750 to 3.5 x 10-9 Torr. The vacuum pressure can be displayed via a DCU or TCP 350 turbopump controller or via the DPG 202, TPG 261, 262, or 256 Active Gauge controllers. They have an RS-485 interface which can be used to connect up to 16 measuring points to a controller. This is the X MPT 200 AR (Analog Relay) version and also has 2 set points.
The (8-pin, A-coded) connector with the text "analog/relay" can be used to connect the
gauge to an ActiveLine controller and to evaluate the switching contacts. The analog signal
and relay contacts can also be evaluated using customer-specific circuitry. These gauges are bakeable with electronics removed to 180°C.
