This 3 meter connection cable supplies power from a Pfeiffer OmniControl 200 or DCU 110 turbo pump controller to TC 80 / TC 110 Electronic Turbo Pump Drive Units integrated on Pfeiffer HiPace 80 NEO and HiPace 300H turbo pumps.
A 15-pin D-Sub connector on one end plugs into the TC 110 drive unit and splits into two cables. The 3 meter, heavy 3-conductor power cable connects to the OmniControl 200 or DCU 110 controller and supplies 24 VDC power to the TC 110 and pump. The short cable extending from the D-Sub connector provides communications.
The short communications cable is extended using a 3 meter RS485 extension cable, part number P1012287, which connects to the OmniControl 200 or DCU 110 controller. This connection allows the controller to manage all main parameters and functions of the turbo pump.
The 15-pin D-Sub connector incorporates two M8 accessory ports on its side. These ports connect optional accessories such as a forced air-cooling kit, a solenoid vent valve and/or a sealing gas valve. When adding accessories, ensure that the total power draw does not exceed the controller's capacity.
