MKS Granville-Phillips 358 Micro-Ion® Vacuum Gauge Controller, Dual Convectron Card, 115 VAC, 1/2 Rack. PN: 358501-010-T1

This MKS Granville-Phillips® half-rack, model 358 Micro-Ion® high vacuum gauge controller is set up to operate a Micro-Ion® gauge and a single convectron gauge. This 358 Micro-Ion® Controller is capable of measuring from a lower limit in the 10^-10 range to 5x10^-2 torr. Pressure measurements are extended to Atmosphere with the Dual Convectron® Vacuum Gauge card. Additional convectron control cards can be ordered to operate an additional convectron sensor. This 358 controller configuration is made to run on 115 VAC.

Pressure readout is via three front panel displays, analog output, and available computer interface. The Micro-Ion® gauge measures ultra high vacuum pressure from 5x10^-2 to 10^-10 torr while convectron sensors are typically used to measure roughing line vacuum pressure from atmosphere to 10^-4 torr. Cables and ion gauge tubes are available and sold separately.
