These 5/16-24 x 1.00 inch silver-plated 12-point head bolts feature a 5/16 inch diameter shaft with 24 threads per inch and a shaft length of 1.00 inch. The silver plating functions as a dry anti-seize agent, helping prevent galling and thread seizing between stainless steel hardware and conflat vacuum flange threads.
Manufactured from corrosion- and chemical-resistant 304 stainless steel, these bolts are non-magnetic. The 12-point head offers a more compact profile than standard fasteners and is tightened using a 1/4 X 5/16 inch 12 Point Box End Wrench located on this website as product number P1010551.
