Agilent Varian HEPA Inlet Trap with NW25 Flange For IDP-15 Dry Scroll Vacuum Pump
Agilent Part Number SCRINTRPNW25

These new Agilent IDP-15 foreline traps are for NW25, KF25 and serves to prevent contaminants from entering the dry scroll pump inlet and protects the customer's vacuum chamber or instrument from backwards migration of pump particulate. This trap extends the life of the pump, cuts maintenance costs, and helps prevent system downtime. This trap can also be used on the SH110, SH112 and TriScroll 300 Agilent Scroll Pumps. This Agilent Varian KF25 inlet trap also comes with a HEPA filter, which also is sold separately. (HEPA Filter replacement element part number: REPLHEPAFILTER1)
