Agilent Varian KF50 220VAC Vacuum Pump Anti-Suck Back Isolation Valve

Vacuum Pump Anti-Suck Back Isolation Valve - Protects Your Vacuum System When Powered Down - KF50 - 220VAC
PN 145-0050K-220V/60

Vacuum Pump Isolation Valve KF50 220 VAC. Closes rapidly when power is interrupted to prevent oil backstreaming or particle migration into your vacuum system. The valve also vents the pump from the inlet side to push any debris towards the outlet, thereby preventing it from being swept into the system when restarting the pump. This isolation valve body is constructed of lightweight aluminum and the body design and right-angle configuration provide maximum conductance. The middle graphic above shows an example of possible electrical hookup. Valve electrical hookup connectors ARE NOT supplied but are available upon request.

The Agilent Varian Vacuum Pump Isolation Valves offer the following features to users:
  • Reliable and repeatable seals with a lock-over-center mechanism with a leak rate of < 1x10 std cc/sec He
  • Fast-acting, immediate protection of your vacuum system in case of power failure, valve closes in < 30 milliseconds
  • Allows venting of the pump at the pump inlet, flow direction is maintained; oil/debris are not swept into the system
  • Offers continued protection and easy restart by staying closed until pump inlet pressure returns to system pressure
  • Operates with atmospheric pressure and is activated upon loss of electrical power, compressed air NOT required for operation
  • Provides maximum conductance of 13 l/s for the NW25 valves and 33 l/s for the NW40 valves without reducing the pumping speed
  • A temperature range of 0˚ to 100˚ C for the Valve and 0˚ to 50˚ C for the Soleniod
