This Inficon Porter capacitance diaphragm gauge CDG020D has a full scale of 10mBar (7.5 Torr) and uses an FCC68 connector for power and signal and has an accuracy of < 0.5% of reading.

The CDG020D series of capacitance diaphragm gauges measure absolute pressure of gases and are available in full scale pressure ranges from 10-to-1100 mBar or Torr. Available flange types are KF-16, 4 VCRŽ male/female or 8 VCR female. Power/signal connection is available in either FCC68, D-Sub 9 pin or Binder M12, 8 pin.

The Inficon CDG020D series gauges have a capacitive sensor element made of aluminum oxide ceramics and electronics which convert changes in capacitance into a DC voltage output. The output signal is linear to the measured pressure and independent of the gas type, so no conversion tables are needed.
