Leybold TriVac D8T TriVac Dual Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump Three Phase 200/480 VAC 5.9 CFM, KF-25 Inlet/Outlet. PN: 31241TE25

Leybold TriVac D8T TriVac Dual Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump Three Phase 200/480 VAC 5.9 CFM, KF-25 Inlet/Outlet.
Leybold Part Number: 31241TE25.

This Leybold TriVac D8T is a dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with integrated anti-suckback valve and gas ballast. This pump is fitted with a three phase, 200/480 VAC, 50/60Hz motor which draws 440W at 60 Hz, it has a pumping speed of 5.9 cfm (10.0 3/hr) and an ultimate pressure of 3.7 x 10-3 Torr (5 x 10-3 mbar). Inlet and outlet ports are KF-25. This pump has a noise level of 58 dB(A). The D8T pump requires 0.7 - 1.0 liters of LVO 100 oil (included).

This D8T three phase pump is not supplied with accessories for electrical connection. It must be connected via the appropriate cable, and a suitable motor protection switch. .

Included with the D8T pump are:
  • 1 centering ring
  • 1 centering ring with dirt trap
  • 2 clamping rings DN 25 KF
  • 1L Bottle of LVO 100 oil
  • Mains Cord
  • Operating Instructions (manual)
  • Spare Parts List

The TriVac T series of pumps are suited for pumping water vapor within the specified water vapor tolerance limits. Condensable vapors that can liquify when being compressed inside the pump and exceed the vapor tolerance of the pump should be avoided. In the case of wet processes we recommend the installation of liquid separators upstream and downstream of the pump as well as the use of the gas ballast. Trivac T pumps are not designed for pumping dusty, aggressive, corrosive, flammable or explosive gases or gas mixtures, or for pumping oxygen or other highly reactive gases in concentrations greater than in normal ambient atmosphere (>21%).

    Applications Include:
  • Backing high-vacuum pumps (turbo, diffusion, cryo...)
  • Backing roots pumps
  • Backing mass spectrometers
  • Refrigeration system evacuation
  • Epoxy degassing
  • Vacuum sterilization
  • Freeze drying
  • Vacuum centrifugal applications
  • Vacuum distillation
  • Space research
  • Other vacuum processes

We carry repair kits for most of the pumps we sell, have welded and modular chambers of all sizes, and have all the fittings, hoses, valves, gauges, and other accessories needed to build your custom vacuum solution.

Please see the operating instruction manual located in the downloads for more information about this Trivac D8T pump, Leybold part number 31241TE25, KF-25 inlet/outlet. (Note: for KF-16 Inlet/Outlet the part number should be: 31241TE)
