Thermo Scientific Lindberg/Blue M Tube Furnace, 1200°C Max Temp, 12 in. Single Heating Zone, Fits 1 to 3 in. OD tube, 120 VAC 50/60 Hz. PN: HTF55322A

Thermo Scientific Lindberg/Blue M 1200°C Split-Hinge Single Heating Zone Tube Furnace, 120V, 50/60 Hz, Temperature Range 100° to 1200° C, Heated Zone 30.5 cm (12 in.), Tube O.D. 2.54 to 7.62 cm (1 to 3in.) for use with the CC58114PBCOMA-1 (P1013927).
Thermo Scientific Part Number: HTF55322A

These Thermo Scientific Lindberg/Blue M tube furnaces have a 30.5 cm (12 in.) heated zone and operating temperature range between 100° to 1200 °C. They can accept tubes sizes with outer diameters of 2.54 to 7.62 cm (1 to 3in.), have a split-hinge clam shell design for easy access, and operate on 1-Phase 120 VAC at 50/60 Hz input power. They are configurable for horizontal or vertical use and include patented Moldatherm LGO™ heating element modules for superior radial and linear temperature uniformity. These Thermo Scientific Lindberg/Blue M tube furnaces have part number: HTF55322A. For a complete solution, we offer the Lindberg/Blue M 1200°C tube furnace controller with part number CC58114PBCOMA-1, also sold as Ideal Vacuum part number P1013927. We also offer the interchangeable Moldatherm tube adapters, in sizes 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3-inch OD.

For optimal performance in vacuum tube furnace applications, we recommend using process tubing made from stainless steel, quartz, or ceramic. These materials maintain structural integrity and resist contamination under high-temperature, low-pressure conditions. To ensure a reliable vacuum seal and protect against heat, we offer water-cooled compression fittings designed to connect securely to the ends of these tubes. These fittings withstand the intense thermal radiation emitted from the glowing hot tube, maintaining both seal integrity and equipment longevity.
