Yamato DX-602 Convection Oven, 5 Cubic Feet (141.5 liter), Max Temp 300°C
The Yamato DX-602 natural convection oven is a standard oven with a maximum temperature of 300°C. Economical and easy to maintain, the DX-602 has excellent temperature accuracy and a Digital PID controller with options for fixed temperature settings. The DX-602 also has advanced safety features that prevent overheating and over current circuit protection.
The Yamato DX-602 operates in the temperature range from room temperature plus +5 °C to 280 °C (up to 536° F). With a volume of 5 cubic feet, the DX-602 oven is the largest in its series allowing for a multitude of baking options. The interior of the oven is made of 304 stainless steel and contains aluminum removable shelving. These ovens have good temperature stability and an accuracy of +/- 1 degrees C at 300 °C and can reach their maximum operating temperature within 80 minutes.
