Ideal Vacuum Cube 6 x 12 Vacuum Chamber Plate With Two ISO-F 63 Ports.
This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 6 x 12 inch plate with two ISO-F 63 ports. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and powder coated blue.
The ISO-F ports have 5/16-18 tapped holes for mounting a turbo pump, or ISO flanged tubing. To mount an ISO-K flanged turbo pump or tubing, single claw clamps (P104063) and a centering ring with O-ring seal are needed. (P101766).
