This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 12 x 12 inch plate with one CF 4.5" centered Conflat port. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and powder coated blue.
This Conflat CF ported plate has 5/16-24 UNF tapped holes for mounting a turbo pump or CF flanged tubing. This plate's Conflat port requires eight (8) 5/16-24 x 1.0" long, silver-plated, 12 point bolts (P1012250). The CF port is not compatible with metal gaskets. Use only Viton seals (P104343). Cube baseline vacuum is 1 x 10
-7 Torr.
