Ideal Vacuum Cube Adapter Plate Assembly for Mounting a 6 x 12 in. Cube Frame on to a Glove Box

This adapter plate assembly allows any Ideal Vacuum Cube chamber with a 6 x 12" face to be mounted to a glove box. The glove box must have a flat surface of at least 15.9" x 9.9", the overall dimensions of the adapter assembly.

A 13.7" x 7.7" rectangular hole is cut out of the glove box. The two-part plate assembly is sandwiched around the cutout hole and is secured with the included screws. An O-ring on the outer assembly plate makes the seal (see image 3).

Once the assembly is mounted to the glove box, a 6" x 12" vacuum Cube frame face can be coupled to the adapter using the included bolts (download the Cube coupling kit manual for instructions).
