Optical Breadboard 12 x 24 in., 0.5 in. Thick, 1/4"-20 Tapped Hole Array, Anodized Aluminum
These non-magnetic blue-anodized aluminum optical breadboards provide a compact and low-cost mounting platform for small optical assemblies and laboratory setups. The breadboard measures 12 x 24 inches and is 0.5 inches thick.
The surface has 1/4"-20 tapped holes arranged on a standard 1-inch optical table breadboard pattern, with the first row of holes located 0.5 inches from the edge. This standard pattern allows optical mounts, posts, and other components to be easily positioned and secured.
Seven counterbored holes are provided for mounting the breadboard using 1/4-inch socket head cap screws. Six holes are positioned around the perimeter, inset 1 inch from the edge, with one additional hole located in the center. The counterbored design keeps the screw heads below the top surface. These holes can also be used to attach pedestals for use as feet.
The breadboard has a specified flatness of 0.006 inches over 1 ft
