Ideal Vacuum Cube Replacement Silicone O-ring for Sealing 6 x 12 in. Vacuum Cube Plates.
These replacement Silicone O-rings are used to make the seal between a 6 x 12" Ideal Vacuum Cube plate and frame.
These O-ring seals are installed on the inner sealing groove of the plate. They are made of Silicone and can withstand temperatures between -54°C and 204°C without permanent deformation. Chambers sealed with Silicone O-rings can achieve vacuum in the 10-8 Torr range (high vacuum).
