This EVAC Chain Clamp is for connecting NW10/16 KF10/16 GLASS flanges for high temps and UHV pressures. They can be baked repeatedly up to 200°C (392°F). Applications UHV to 10X9 Torr. NOTE: These EVAC Chain Clamps when used for Glass Flanges require seals of Elastomer Construction with Special Carriers (not metal).
