Varian Agilent Dual Analog Input Card for the XGS-600 Multi-Gauge Controller.
This is a Dual Analog Input Card for the XGS-600 Multi-Gauge Controller. Depending on the XGS-600 Controller configuration it may or may not have this Dual Analog Input Card. With 1 Analog Input Card the XGS-600 Controller can read 2 active gauges (2 active gauges per card). Up to 6 Dual Analog Input Cards can be installed in the XGS-600 Controller, for a total of 12 active gauge inputs. Other cards can also be used along side this Dual Analog Input Card.
Compatible with the following Varian Agilent active gauges:
- CT-100, PVG-500, Rough Vacuum Atm to 10-3
- CDG-500, PCG-750, High Vacuum 10-3 to 10-9
- FRG-700, FRG-720/730, High Vacuum 10-3 to 10-9

PCB Board/Card Installation:
Procedures for installing add on cards
:
- Slots are numbered left to right as viewed from the front of the XGS-600.
- Option slots 1-4 are long high profile slots and can accomodate any card/board. HFIG Boards are long high profile cards and can only be installed in slots 1-4.
- Option Slots 5-6 are short, low profile slots and can accomodate only convection or IMG Boards with the following restrictions.
An IMG Board may not be installed in slot 5 if any other board is installed in slot 4.
An IMG Board may not be installed in slot 6 if any other board is installed in slot 5.
