The Inficon Pirani Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge PCG550 combines the Inficon Pirani technology with the advantages of a ceramic capacitance diaphragm sensor in a single product.
In the measurement range between 10 mbar and atmosphere the capacitance diaphragm technology provides gas-type independent, highly accurate values for reliable pressure measurement. The PCG550 offers also a variety of features which allows the right product configuration for the demanded application. This Gauge has a D Sub 15 pin HD Connector and a 1.2 - 8.68V Measurement Range. This Gauge has a Pressure Measurement Range of 5×10-5 mbar, 3.8X10-5 Torr.
This PCG550 Pirani Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge can work with virtually any Vacuum Pump or Vacuum Pump System with the proper INFICON signal cable. This gauge has a D-Sub, 15-pin HD Connector and a cable must be made for signal connection. For instructions see the Operating Manual Section 3.2.4 page 33 below.
