O-Ring Seal Replacement Kit, Viton, for all Delta-P System Isolation Protection Valves

This O-ring kit replaces all three O-rings in any Ideal Vacuum Delta-P System Isolation Protection Valve. The two larger O-rings replace the flange end seals, the smaller O-ring replaces the actuator cup seal. All three O-rings are made of Viton for maximum vacuum system compatibility.

All three O-rings should be replaced if any one of them requires replacement. The flange end O-rings should be lubricated with vacuum grease prior to reassembly of the Valve. The actuator cup O-ring should not be greased.

The Delta-P Valve should be tested after O-ring replacement and Valve reassembly to ensure proper function. Instructions and test procedures are discussed in the downloadable Deltas-P User's Manual here.
