These single tube feedthroughs, for liquid or gas, have a flange size of ISO KF40 NW-40. They have 0.25 in. stainless steel tubes welded to both sides of the central KF-40 flange. Tubes are terminated in Swagelok® 1/4" tube fittings. A hinge clamp and centering ring form the vacuum seal between connecting flanges. Made of corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel.
