This 90 degree 3-way helium manifold branches one helium compressor to 3 seperate cryo-pumps. Combined with the
Cryo-Torr interface module and a
Brooks CTI 9600 helium compressor, this manifold will allow 3 CT 8 cryo-pumps to run simultaneously.
These are sold as one each. Two manifolds and 6 lines are needed (3 as return and 3 as supply). These are made of stainless steel.
